Editing a New Box
User Functionality > Boxes > Editing a New Box

Follow the steps below to edit a new box that has not yet been stored at Iron Mountain.

  1. Select Records Management | Pickups, Add Records | Pickup List (Add Records). The Pickup List screen opens.
  2. Click the Action dropdown to the right of the box and select Edit from the dropdown list. The box record opens with the Box Details screen displayed.

NOTE: New Box icons are clickable. Use them as a shortcut to open the View Box screen instead of using the Action dropdown selections.

  1. Edit the box details. Changing the Customer will cause you to lose any data you entered previously on this screen.
  1. Click Save to save your changes and return to the Pickup List screen.

NOTE: You are also able to edit box details while using the View Box functionality.
